• Firmware issues causing hardware malfunction
• USB connectivity problems due to hardware defects

What's NOT Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Physical damage from drops, impacts, or improper handling
• Water damage or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear (cables, connectors)
• Damage caused by incompatible third-party accessories
• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers
